Coatings
DTailed AutoSpa is proud to be the Twin Cities' premier certified Gyeon installer. We have done exhaustive research before choosing to partner with Gyeon, as we wanted to find a family of coatings that not only work well for our business, but more importantly, our clientele. Gyeon strives to be a step ahead of the car care market through constant innovation. They're constantly innovating because, like us, they're never satisfied with good enough.

We offer several ceramic coatings to cover many different use cases, including Certified Detailer Only coatings that boast incredible performance and are not available to the general public.
Gyeon Infinite Type 2
This is far and above our most popular coating. It is a Certified Detailer coating that cannot be obtained elsewhere.
Infinite Type 2 has an extremely high concentration of quality SiO2 in the formula that leaves a thick layer of coating that ensures lasting protection. The gloss is wet and glassy for that very “coated” look. Type 2 also has a noticeable darkening effect that brings the most out of darker colors like blue, red, and black.
This ceramic coating is extremely chemical resistant and will perform well against water spotting in harsh climates like we experience in Minnesota. It's resistance to salt is truly astonishing.

If you drive your car through Minnesota winters, this is your coating, full stop.
Gyeon Infinite Type 1
This is another Certified Detailer coating that needs to be experienced to be appreciated.
Infinite Type 1 features unique technology in its formulation, being based on fluoro-modified polisylazanes. What does this mean in English? Eye popping gloss, silky smooth slickness, and seriously intense water beading.
Type 1 trades away some of the durability of Type 2 for additional slickness and hydrophobicity.

If you've got a weekend toy or Sunday cruiser that doesn't see snow and salt, Infinite Type 1 is a great choice to protect your investment!
Gyeon CanCoat Pro
Here's another Certified Detailer coating with a bit of a twist. This is like a big brother to the off-the-shelf CanCoat Evo.

CanCoat Pro contains a higher concentration of SiO2 than the publicly available variant. This translates to more gloss, greater water beading behavior, and improved durability.

Due to a simpler application process, lower cost, and a durability of one to two years versus up to five years out of the Infinite line, CanCoat Pro can serve as a great option to get phenomenal protection on your car at a more budget friendly price point.

This is a super solid choice if you've got a leased car that doesn't need super long term protection or a car you'd like to get redone yearly.
Gyeon Rim Evo
Gyeon Rim is the go-to coating for high-temp applications like wheels and brake calipers that see a ton of heat, brake dust, and general abuse.

Able to withstand temperatures of up to 1400*F, this coating is up to the task of protecting your expensive wheels. Brake dust and other contaminants will have a much harder time bonding to the wheels making them MUCH easier to clean.
Rim can be applied to painted, powder coated, anodized, chrome, and polished wheels.

If you're tired of spending hours keeping up on your wheels, this coating can simplify the process, allowing you to clean with just soap and water.
